PRINCIPAL'S MESSAGE

Welcome to Heim Middle School. We are proud to boast that our faculty and staff strive daily to foster a caring environment for your children. We enjoy working with young adolescents and fully embrace middle level organizational and learning concepts. Besides strong academic instruction we are committed to ongoing instructional improvement, building community-school partnerships, easing transitions for students entering and leaving Heim Middle School, and providing a school climate that respects cultural diversity while building understanding and shared positive social values.

In all we do, we strive to remember that our students are our strongest asset and that their best interest must remain our focus. With this goal in mind, parents, teachers and school administrators partner on our Shared Decision-making team and in our very active Parent-Teacher-Student Association. Our faculty strives to increase student achievement by regularly analyzing student testing results for the purpose of fine-tuning instruction. School-wide character education programs, wellness activities and charitable endeavors enrich our life together and help us build a strong school community.
