Two new Asst. Principals named for North High

Two new assistant principals for Williamsville North High School were appointed by the Board of Education Oct. 23. North Principal Andre Thomas introduced Tiffany Fanning and Timothy Flanagan, who assume their new roles Nov. 26.

Ms. Fanning is currently an ENL (English as a New Language) teacher at Buffalo PS #45. She previously taught literacy and ENL at Tapestry Charter School in Buffalo and social studies at Niagara Catholic High School. Ms. Fanning served as an administrative intern for Williamsville's Summer School Program and completed an administrative internship at Buffalo's Lafayette High School. 

Mr. Flanagan is currently assistant principal at Lake Shore Senior High and previously taught English in North Collins, Canandaigua, and Ellicottville schools. 

Williamsville North is the largest of the district's three high schools with a student enrollment, grades 9-12, of about 1,400 students.
