The Williamsville Central School District's Annual Vote is
Tuesday, May 20, 2025 from 7:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m. at Williamsville North High School (gym). District Vote Results will be posted after May 20, 2025. Please review the information below for the voting timeline, absentee ballot, and early voting.

Board of Education Policy and Voting Timeline
Ballot packets will be fulfilled upon request. A District voter must request in advance an application for an absentee ballot. The voter must complete the application and state the reason they will not be able to appear in person on the day of the District vote for which the absentee ballot is requested.

First Expense Statement must be submitted to the District Clerk on or before the thirtieth day preceding the election to which it relates, for all expenditures and contributions totaling more than $500 (Education Law Section 1529) (30 days before vote) |

The District must transmit "property tax report card" to SED by the end of the next business day following its approval by the school board, but no later than the 24th day before the budget vote |
April 30-May 7 |
The District must complete budget 7 days before public hearing |

The Board must hold a public hearing on the budget (7-14 days before vote) |

Copies of the budget must be available to the residents upon request (during the 14 days before the vote and on day of vote). |

Application Information for Absentee BallotsĀ
Application for Absentee Ballot and Application for Military Absentee Ballot are available after April 1st (45 days prior to May 21st) at the District Office during normal business hours, electronically by request from:

- Voter will need to complete application (stating reason and signing) and return to the District Clerk
- The District Clerk must receive this application for absentee ballot at least seven (7) days before the election by May 14th if the application is to be mailed to the voter and military application for absentee ballot must be received no later than April 22nd
- Budget Vote and Board of Education Member Election Absentee Ballot will be mailed or available for pick up for those who completed the application at the District Office sometime after April 22nd.
Early Voting
Application for Early Vote Ballot - available after April 21st (30 days prior to May 21st) at the District Office during normal business hours electronically by request by contacting:

- Voter will need to complete application and return to District Clerk.
- The District Clerk must receive this application for early vote ballot at least seven (7) days before the election by May 14th if the application is to be mailed to the voter
- Budget Vote and Board of Education Member Election Early Vote Ballot will be mailed or available for pick up for those who completed the application at District office sometime after April 22nd. (as soon as the Erie County Board of Elections has available for the District)
