Benefits and Payroll

Benefits

The Benefits Department provides the following services:

  • Health Insurance (all except Williamsville Teachers’ Association members see below)
  • Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
  • Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA)
  • Workers' Compensation

Eligible staff members can elect health and/or dental benefits at the time of hire.  Changes to those benefits can be made at open enrollment periods or within 30 days of a qualifying event such as marriage, birth, adoption, etc.  Employees should contact their insurance carrier directly to get claims information or to request duplicate identification cards.

  • Processing of payroll
  • Employment verification
  • Retirement/Accumulated leave
  • NYS Deferred Compensation (457b)
  • Taxes
  • Tax Deferred Annuity (403b)
