In the Williamsville Central School District, there is one principal per school overseeing day-to-day operations.  Throughout the District, Principals provide leadership to all staff and students in establishing and maintaining a positive, structured, achievement-oriented, and student-focused school culture.  Develops, implements, and evaluates instructional methods, and the delivery of instruction.  Principals also participate in District  planning and decision making consistent with the District’s Mission and Belief Statements, the Strategic Plan, and the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Plan.

In the Williamsville Central School District, there is a minimum of one Assistant Principal per school overseeing day-to-day operations.  At the high school level, each building has one full-time Assistant Principal/Athletic Director, who also oversees interscholastic sports. Assistant Principals also participate in District  planning and decision making consistent with the District’s Mission and Belief Statements, the Strategic Plan, and the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Plan.

In the Williamsville Central School District, there is a total of 12 Directors.  There are three Directors of Special Educations on one Director of Student Services that work out of the Office of Exceptional Education and Student Services.  There are nine Directors who work out of Office of Instruction with curriculum areas of focus along with a Director of Professional Learning and Accountability/Data Reporting.
