Community Education Program

The Community Education program offers great summertime opportunities for both adults and children. Adults can enjoy Watkins Glen and cruising aboard the Captain Bill's Seneca Lake Cruises in a Scenic Excursion Tour or play tennis in conveniently scheduled private lessons.

We offer summertime activities for all ages - toddlers through teens. Back for our 23rd year is our popular WOW program, Williamsville Weeks of Wonder - offering full day programming for children entering grades 1-7. This summer, the program will be held at Mill Middle School, 505 Mill Street, and run from June 29th through August 7th. Our vast selection of week-long sports camps are offered for children of elementary through high school age. Our popular KidsPlay program offers programs in soccer, football, and instructional t-ball for children ages 3-12. Academically, we offer the ProTutoring ACT and SAT Preparation course for high school students.

American Red Cross Babysitter's Training

Ages 11-15

This course is for those who are planning to babysit with the knowledge and skills necessary to safely and responsibly give care for children and infants. This training will help participants to develop leadership skills; learn how to develop a babysitting business; keep themselves and others safe and help children behave; and learn about basic child care and basic first aid. Each student will receive an American Red Cross Babysitter’s Kit and a certificate stating they successfully completed the program. Students are required to provide an email address that certificates can be sent to.

ACT Preparation – 9 Hour class

In 2026 the ACT will be offered both digitally and written. If you are planning to study any STEM program in college then the ACT test is for you! This 9-hour review course offers an in-depth study of the ACT test.

Includes: classroom instruction/practice, test-taking strategies, testing information, study materials and a simulated ACT test.

SAT Preparation – 9 Hour class

The digital SAT test is computer-based only, shorter test taking time, shorter reading and math questions and longer time allotted to answer the test questions. This 9-hour course offers an in-depth study of the Digital SAT test. The course includes classroom instruction/practice, test-taking strategies, testing
information, workbook/study materials and a simulated SAT test.
