Williamsville Seniors Named Semifinalists in 2019 National Merit Scholarship Program

Seventeen students from Williamsville’s three high schools have been named semifinalists in the 2019 National Merit Scholarship program.

Approximately 16,000 semifinalists were named out of over 1.6 million students who entered by taking the Preliminary SAT/National Merit Scholarship Qualifying Test (PSAT/NMSQT) as juniors in 2017. Semifinalists represent less than 1 percent of all U.S. high school seniors and include the highest scoring entrants in each state.
