Asbestos Notification

In compliance with the requirements of the Asbestos Hazard Emergency Response Act of 1987, you are hereby notified that the Management Plan and supportive data prepared in accordance with the requirements of the law are on file as follows:

1.      For each school building (and other buildings on the same school site), in the office of the principal of the building

2.      In the Bus Garage Office

3.      In the District Office

Copies of the Management Plans and supportive data for all buildings owned or leased by the District are also on file in the District Office, 105 Casey Rd., East Amherst, NY 14051-5000; telephone 716-626-8000.
