Sexual Harassment (Title IX)
The District recognizes the responsibility to provide an environment for students and staff that is free of sexual harassment and intimidation. The district policies on sexual harassment will be posted in each building and are available upon request to all employees and students. A District-wide effort to explain to students what sexual harassment is and what behavior is unacceptable has been integrated into the curriculum in accordance with the policy on character education.
